We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and the strength of our team. We're currently looking for a Part-Time HVAC Shop Associate to support our operations and field team. Position Summary: The HVAC Shop Associate will support afternoon and evening shop operations, ensuring our installation crews are set up for success the next day. Responsibilities include staging materials, assisting with fabrication prep, checking trucks, and organizing leftover tools and supplies. You'll also help maintain a clean, efficient shop environment and support recycling and inventory efforts. This is an ideal role for someone looking for steady part-time work or hoping to get a start in the trades.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, flexible start between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM (3-4 hours/day)
• Optional Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr to $25.00/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage materials for next-day installs
• Follow up on fabrication/prep work as needed
• Ensure trucks are fueled, clean, and ready for the next day
• Coordinate with installers returning at the end of the day to organize tools and leftover materials
• Assist with copper/aluminum recycling from replaced equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and dumpster area
• Help update material checklists or inventory logs (computer skills a plus)
• Support morning staging and loading by ensuring everything is ready the night before

Ideal Candidate:

• Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a shop or warehouse environment
• Experience with tools, fabrication, or inventory preferred
• Computer skills a plus (ServiceTitan, Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
• No HVAC experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to help
