Why Work for Us: Competitive pay Continuous learning opportunities Dispatched from home in a company vehicle Company Uniform Annual holiday parties Quarterly company breakfast Schedule: Weekend shifts, 9-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 an hour plus incentives based on performance Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and service on residential HVAC systems Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues with precision and efficiency Install new HVAC systems and components as needed Provide excellent customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience EPA certification (min type II, but universal is a plus) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
