Job summary

WEATHERFORD COLLEGE is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for HVAC courses at the Wise County Campus. The instructor will teach students through various formats including in-person and online, ensuring an engaging learning environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of HVAC experience, an EPA certification, and relevant educational credentials. This part-time position offers hourly pay based on qualifications, along with access to faculty resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in HVAC installation, service, and repair.
• Ability to instruct students in multiple modalities and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining familiarity with College policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC courses in face‑to‑face, hybrid, online/Zoom, or dual credit formats.
• Provide timely feedback and respond to student communications.
• Attend adjunct faculty meetings and complete required training.
