Job summary

Scheels is seeking a Part Time Hunting Clothing Merchandiser in Minnesota to support merchandising operations on the floor and stock areas.

The role requires flexibility to work an assigned schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with average 20 hours per week. Prior merchandising or stocking experience is a plus, and candidate must be able to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Experience in retail merchandising or stocking preferred
• Comfort handling merchandise and assembling displays

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming merchandise with efficiency to ensure correct counts
• Tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for sales floor or back stock
• Assist Merchandising Teams in distributing items to correct Specialty Shop
• Organize clothing hangers and size labels
• Break down cardboard boxes and dispose of them in the trash compactor
• Operate a pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, storage, and work areas
• Maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Navigate a computer and handheld inventory scanner
• Be professional and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
• Maintain orderly workspace and safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
