NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for part-time and/or substitute instructors in this discipline. Applications will be kept on file for the fiscal year ending June 30.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in English or humanities-related field.
• Experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution is a plus.
• Demonstrated teaching ability is the top priority.
• Instructional and leadership experience at a community college is a priority.
• Ability to use an online platform and online delivery of instruction is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and delivery of instruction for day, evening, and weekend classes.
• Responsible for student assessment and grading.
• Maintains adequate on-campus presence.
• Provides timely communication with students, staff, and administrators of the College.
