Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across multiple HR functions.
• Experience in an HR Generalist or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and Massachusetts employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for ESmart clients.
• Manage the Leave of Absence program and ensure compliance.
• Oversee payroll administration for assigned clients.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
