McClure Post Acute is seeking a dependable Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, handling linens, operating laundry equipment, and following infection control and safety guidelines. A team-oriented, patient-focused atmosphere is emphasized.

Formación

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces as needed.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and resident clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and follow proper washing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping and laundry areas.
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals according to facility procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards.
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, and personal belongings.
• Assist the housekeeping and laundry team with daily tasks as needed.
