Job Location

Corning Center is hiring a Housekeeper to work part-time at our skilled nursing facility in Corning, NY.

DUTIES:

• Sweep, dust mop, and mop floors
• Change and remove trash
• Vacuum
• Follow cleaning guidelines
• Notify supervisor when supplies are low
• Keep Housekeeping carts clean and in good condition
• Properly store equipment, tools, and supplies
• Maintain a log of cleaned areas
• Report mechanical or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Report any questionable resident conditions to the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• One year of experience working with laundry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work as a team member
• Availability to work weekends
• Effective and efficient work habits
• Positive and upbeat attitude
