Job summary

Comfort Suites Outlet Center is hiring a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to ensure every guest room feels welcoming and pristine. You will vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms and make beds to hotel standards, while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout your shift.

This role supports guest comfort and hotel operations, requiring physical stamina and a friendly, detail-oriented approach. Training and safety protocols are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine and friendly approach to guest interactions.
• Able to collaborate with teammates and with other departments.
• Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Able to interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Basic understanding of cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals.
• Understanding of safety protocols and able to report safety hazards.

Responsibilities

• Clean each room to hotel standards: vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, cleaning bathrooms, and making beds.
• Lift, bend, carry and stand for long periods as part of daily duties.
• Ensure rooms are finished within prescribed time limits and meet cleanliness expectations.

The Role:

As a Room Attendant / Housekeeper,you willbe responsible for ensuring that our guest’s firstimpression of their room is a spotless and welcoming home-away-from-home, and that everydetail of their room is in perfect order.You'llclean each room to hotel standards - vacuuming,dusting, removing trash, cleaning bathrooms, and making the beds. This position requireslifting, bending, carrying, and being on your feet, so ifyou'relooking for a job where you can beactive, this is it!

• While English fluency may not be required for this role, the Room Attendant should havesufficient communication skills to be able to direct the guest to someone who can better assistthem

• Attention to all details in each room; impeccable cleanliness ineach and everydetail
• Self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently &thoroughly
• Able to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure that rooms are done withinprescribed time limits and done tostandard.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of theposition;
• Pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, working quickly and constantly on yourfeet.
• Basic understanding of cleaning tools, equipment andchemicals
• Understanding of safety protocols and able to report safetyhazards
