About Our Family

We're a dynamic, down-to-earth family of five living in Marin County, with two working parents and three daughters ages 9, 7, and almost 5. We love nature, arts & crafts, music, and dancing, and would much rather spend an afternoon building fairy houses or enjoying live music than catching up on household chores.

Our family rhythm has recently shifted. One parent now commutes to San Francisco five days a week, which means the other is managing most of the after-school hustle while also growing a small and thriving business. We used to share more of the daily juggling, but with one of us away from home until the evening, we're missing that extra pair of hands. Between school pickups, activities, and dinner, afternoons are especially full.

We're organized at heart and have systems we genuinely love, we just need someone to help us live by them and keep the home feeling calm and reset, so we can actually be present with each other and have more fun as a family.

We value open communication, mutual respect, and a collaborative spirit. We want someone patient and professional who will grow with us, lighten the everyday mental load, and feel like a trusted extension of our home. Our dream is to spend our evenings truly present with our kids, enjoying each other's company rather than racing to catch up on household chores. If that kind of partnership sounds like a great fit, we’d love to meet you!

Who You Are & What We're Looking For

You're someone who walks into a room and naturally notices what needs attention. Maybe the kitchen needs resetting, the kids' art supplies have gotten out of hand, or there's a better way to organize a closet. You don't wait for a detailed list. You're the kind of person who finishes one task and naturally spots the next three.

You genuinely enjoy creating order. You're efficient without being rushed, warm without being chatty, and organized in a way that actually sticks (think: labeled, logical, sustainable systems, not just a tidy surface). You know the difference between a quick daily reset and a larger organizing project, and you have the judgment to prioritize what matters most.

You're quietly confident, kind, and grounded, with the emotional intelligence to read the room. You understand when to collaborate, when to check in, and when to work independently. You're comfortable in a lively home with three young children, but equally respectful of the quieter moments when someone needs space or time to focus.

You're flexible when plans change, confident preparing fresh, family-friendly meals, and happy to jump in wherever you're needed. Above all, you're dependable, resourceful, and take pride in the sense of peace and order you help create in a home.
