Job summary

Target is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our supply chain team. You will follow safety policies, assist with packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests, and ensure accurate processing of products.

The role emphasizes punctuality, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to support efficient warehouse operations and continuous improvement. Training and safety programs are provided to help you perform at your best.

Job description

Warehouse Associate roles starting at $21.75 per hour. The pay range is $21.75 to $25.15 per hour.

You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

Job Requirements

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
