Job summary

Loews Chicago O'Hare is seeking a Guest Shuttle Driver to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and transport guests to the airport and other locations. You will maintain shuttle operations, provide local information, and collaborate across hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role requires a CDL with Passenger Endorsement (P), a clean driving record, and the ability to lift heavy loads. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local area.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to drive all vehicle types (van, shuttle, etc.).
• CDL license with Passenger Endorsement (P) required.
• Clean driving record as verified by the MVR.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests to the hotel.
• Assists arriving guests with luggage and stores it.
• Maintains shuttle vehicle and communicates with guests.
• Transports guests to the airport and other destinations.
• Provides local information and directions.
• Keeps front entrance area clean and safe.
• Notifies security of intoxicated guests.
• Operates shuttle and reports malfunctions daily.
• Notifies team of problems and maintains professional conduct.
• Promotes teamwork and adheres to safety policies.
