Job summary

Loews Chicago O'Hare is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver to transport guests between the airport and the hotel, assist with luggage, and share local information with guests. You will coordinate with hotel teams to fulfill guest requests and ensure a safe, smooth ride.

The role requires excellent guest relations, strong knowledge of the local area, and the ability to lift heavy loads. A CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a clean driving record are essential, with flexibility to work weekends and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local area.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Position requires continual bending, lifting, stooping, and pushing.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to drive all speed shifts of vehicle, van, limousines, shuttles and automobile.
• Ability to drive under extreme road conditions such as rain & snow.
• Excellent driving records as verified by the Motor vehicle report.
• Must have a CDL license with Passenger Endorsement (P).
• Must maintain clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests to the hotel.
• Assists guests with luggage and coordinates storage.
• Maintains cleanliness of luggage storage and bell closet areas.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of bell stand supplies.
• Provides parking information to guests.
• Opens hotel entrance door for guests.
• Handles guest inquiries professionally and with courtesy.
• Provides hotel and local information and travel directions.
• Drives guests to and from the airport and other trips, following traffic rules.
