Homewood Suites Hotel in Dover, NH is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Tech to assist with the maintenance of the building and grounds and the operation of its equipment, reporting to the Maintenance Engineer.

You will handle preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and coordinate with inspectors. Weekend availability and a valid shuttle license are preferred; benefits include DailyPay, hotel discounts, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems.
• Inspect property and plan maintenance programs.
• Must have a valid shuttle license.

Responsibilities

• Reviews maintenance problems, work orders and prioritizes tasks.
• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctioning systems and equipment.
• Inspects property for current and future needs.
• Coordinates with inspectors to meet codes and regs.
• Performs preventive maintenance on a schedule.
• Maintains pool by adjusting chemicals and filters.
