Formación

• High school diploma required; hospitality or housekeeping management certification is a plus.
• 2+ years in housekeeping or hotel inspection roles.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor housekeeping staff.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Assist in managing department costs and inventory of supplies.
• Train housekeeping and porter staff to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
• Coordinate with front office to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
