Job summary

Pathfinder Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas with a focus on platinum service.

You will ensure cleanliness, restock supplies, and assist with laundry while partnering with team members to exceed guest expectations. Training provided; candidates with enthusiasm and reliability are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms thoroughly to standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities for guest comfort.
• Remove and dispose of waste while maintaining order in public areas.
• Prepare rooms for new arrivals following established procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly.
• Handle laundry tasks including sorting and folding linens.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and guest standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects comfortably.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Remove and dispose of waste properly, maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.
• Prepare rooms for new arrivals, following standard procedures and attention to detail.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate department.
• Handle laundry tasks as needed, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and towels.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any issues or needed replacements
