The Hotel Host creates a welcoming experience for guests by providing exceptional service in a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Responsibilities include managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong command of English in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum 20 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills such as Word and Excel
