Job summary

HCW Hospitality in Scottsdale is seeking a Host for a high-volume, upscale dining experience at Caesars Republic Scottsdale. You’ll be the first face guests see, setting a glamorous tone and ensuring a warm, engaging welcome throughout peak periods.

In this role, you’ll manage reservations, coordinate table flow, and support parties and seating requests with grace, while maintaining an organized, guest-ready host stand and correspondence with front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred.
• A polished, composed, and welcoming presence — even when it’s busy.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• The ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A guest-first mindset and natural hospitality instincts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
