Nestled along the San Juan River, it offers breathtaking mountain views, world-class spa treatments, and a tranquil environment focused on wellness and guest service.

Your Mission:

Wild Finch at The Springs Resort is seeking dedicated Host to deliver outstanding hospitality, support restaurant operations, and create a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates have a customer service background, thrive in fast-paced settings, and enjoy connecting with guests.

Where You Can Make An Impact:

• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, estimate wait times, coordinate floor pacing.
• Handle phone calls, answer FAQs, manage reservations, take messages.
• Support floor staff proactively to ensure efficient service.
• Develop beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to hospitality standards and conduct opening & closing duties.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and foster community and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest and team needs.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude supporting restaurant success.

Pay & Growth Opportunities:

• Hourly wage + tips
• 3-month performance review with potential for growth

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Full-time, approx. 40 hours/week, varying shifts.
• Prolonged standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced restaurant environment with exposure to hot/cold/hazardous equipment.
