Qualifications

• Previous experience with heavy cash handling and customer service exposure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them, establishing rapport and assisting with service.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain visibility at cashier to assist servers and respond to guest needs.
• Receive payment and process transactions accurately on the POS system.
• Balance cash and reports at end of shift and report discrepancies.
