The Slate Denver, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, managed by Stonebridge Companies, is seeking a Part-time Host/Hostess in Denver, CO. You will welcome guests, guide them to seats, manage reservations, and support operations to ensure a smooth dining experience.

The role requires a courteous, guest-focused attitude, accurate math for transactions, and the stamina to stand and move throughout shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, menu offerings, and promotions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle money.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to seats in a courteous manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about food and service.
• Manage seating arrangements based on activity and reservations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side-work as needed.
• Maintain seating charts and handle reservations, including large parties.
• Ensure a clean, organized work environment at all times.
• Assist with setup/cleaning of function rooms when required.
