Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Hospitalist Physician Assistant in Auburn, WA. The role supports a close-knit team of clinicians on site, with admission and cross-cover duties within a hospitalist service.

The part-time position offers 3–4 shifts every other week, a swing window from 12 PM to 12 AM, and eligibility for our comprehensive benefits package plus performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician assistant credential required.
• Past hospital medicine experience as a PA is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle admissions and cross-coverage for hospitalists.
• Participate in Rapid Response team activities.

Scheduling

Key Responsibilities

Our swing APPs are responsible for admissions and cross-cover. The Hospitalist team is part of the Rapid Response team and responds to codes for their patients. No procedures are required.

Rewards and Compensation
