Riverside Health Care Facilities Inc. is seeking a motivated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Community Nursing team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, client-centered nursing care in community and acute care settings.

Qualifications include RPN or RN program graduation, current CNO registration, BCLS/CPR certification, and a valid Ontario driver’s license. Flex hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing Program.
• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, client-centered nursing care while supporting individuals across the continuum of care in community and acute care settings.

Qualifications Necessary

• Graduate of an approved Registered Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing Program.


• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).


• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.


• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a reliable personal vehicle.


• Demonstrated strong nursing knowledge, clinical skills, and sound professional judgment.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective verbal and written communication.


• Demonstrated critical thinking, leadership, and mentoring abilities.


• Proficiency with computer systems, electronic documentation, and healthcare applications.

• Practice in accordance with the Standards of Practice established by the College of Nurses of Ontario and Riverside Health Care policies, procedures, and standards.
