Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Hospital Patrol Specialist in Cleveland, OH. You will provide security and customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, patrolling assigned areas and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
CPR certification is preferred.
Background check will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and follow established protocols.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned buildings and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, direct visitors, and manage access in restricted areas.
Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol activities and communicate with leadership.
