Qualifications

• Able to work in a hospital environment and restrain individuals when necessary.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations, including medical emergencies and disturbances.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to support a welcoming, controlled environment.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site leadership and emergency responders.
