Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include hospital vaccines and a background check.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and access-control procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate to supervisors and facility personnel.
