Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and guests while carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals entering designated areas, verify identification and access authorization, and direct visitors according to facility procedures.
• Operate screening equipment and inspect items in accordance with established policies, reporting prohibited or concerning items.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations through required reporting channels.
• Maintain an organized screening area and deter unauthorized access through professional presence and consistent procedures.
