Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense pharmaceuticals per hospital policy and regulations.
• Teach patients and hospital staff about drug therapy.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide patient-centered care.
• Ensure medication safety using barcoding and drug interaction checks.
• Document interventions in Epic and Sentri 7.
• Support performance improvement and teamwork.
