You will patrol, monitor access, respond to incidents, and document activities while upholding hospital policies and patient care standards. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to contribute to a caring, professional security team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Able to restrain individuals as needed.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks in accordance with laws.
• N/A criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen as allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner following facility protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and entry procedures.
• Complete incident reports and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.
