  • Maintains clean dishes, utensils, and service ware.
  • Maintains cleanliness of food production and sanitation areas.
  • Washes and sorts recyclables; transports them to storage areas.
  • Removes trash to disposal or holding areas.
  • Assist with patient tray assembly line as needed.
  • Complete required training, including diet-related training programs.
  • Support meal assembly and service when assigned.
