Job summary

Cloverkey is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support our hospital gift shop. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help customers, and assist in daily operations to achieve store sales goals.

The ideal candidate has high school diploma and prior gifts sales experience; familiarity with cash handling and fast-paced environments is a plus. A professional appearance and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in gifts sales or related field is preferred.
Strong customer service and cash handling skills preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experience by greeting customers and providing personalized service.
Meet individual and store sales goals while supporting overall store performance.
Maintain a clean, organized gift shop reflecting Cloverkey merchandising standards.
Accurately process transactions and handle cash, cards, and other approved payments.
Balance cash drawers and report discrepancies per policy.
Represent Cloverkey professionally with hospital staff, volunteers, patients and visitors.
Support daily operations and collaborate with store team to ensure high service levels.
