Cloverkey is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join our hospital gift shop team in Minneapolis. You will deliver friendly, personalized service, help customers, and support daily operations to meet sales goals while maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in gifts sales or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, deliver personalized service, and encourage return visits.
• Meet sales goals and support overall store performance.
• Maintain a clean, inviting gift shop aligned with Cloverkey standards.
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash, cards, and hospital accounts.
• Balance cash drawers at shift start/end and report discrepancies.
• Attend shifts reliably and uphold hospital onboarding requirements.
• Build positive relationships with hospital staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to team goals.
