Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring immediately for part-time waiter/waitress positions at Alexian Village Tennessee in Signal Mountain. You will take food and beverage orders, deliver items to dining room guests, and provide warm, attentive service.

Prior experience is preferred, but training is available. Greet guests, explain menu items and allergens, coordinate with the kitchen, handle tickets and cash, and keep the dining area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Part-time schedule; weekends and holidays required.
• Willing to train provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders following service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens; accommodate requests.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain a clean dining area and handle cash/tickets.
• Communicate with staff to support events and cover shifts.
