Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring immediately for a full time and part time Food Service Worker in Centerville, TN. You will prepare, present and serve food to patients and visitors, maintaining safety and quality standards. No prior experience is required.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Pay range: $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Full-time and part-time associates receive various benefits including retirement, health programs, and discounts.

• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits/vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food following wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
