Responsibilities

• Operate farm equipment and tools used in fruit and vegetable production, field management, and facility upkeep.
• Scout fields to identify pests or issues affecting quality or yield.
• Perform routine maintenance of tractors and farm equipment; assist with field repairs.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
• Report malfunctioning equipment promptly.
• Assist other departments on special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
