Qualifications

• Attend a 14-week paid training program to gain skills in construction, engineering, and heavy equipment operations.
• Advanced certifications require additional fully funded training programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment (bulldozers, graders, excavators, loaders) and assist in earthmoving.
• Support road and airfield construction, site preparation, and earthwork.
• Develop skills in equipment maintenance, safety standards, and project execution.
