Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes is seeking a PART-TIME Home Staging Warehouse/Accessories Library Assistant to join our Hudson Valley team at the Highland design center. The role supports staging projects, maintains the accessories library, and assists design teams on-site and on occasional Manhattan assignments.

The ideal candidate has a background in visual merchandising or props, experience with home staging or prop styling, and a proactive, self-starting approach.

Qualifications

• Background in visual merchandising or props.
• Experience with home staging and prop styling.
• Strong organization and ability to travel to Manhattan for staging work.

Responsibilities

• Stage Hudson Valley projects.
• Organize accessories for the Design Center and shelving duties.
• Kitting and bagging of accessories and bedding.
• Wash and fold linens.
• Print artwork and basic framing.
• Shop for accessories and home decor items locally.
• Assist Manhattan design teams with on-site needs.
• Maintain impeccable organization of the warehouse/showroom.
• Support marketing and outreach tasks.
• Handle general administration tasks as needed.
