Qualifications

• Current Vermont Speech Language Pathologist license required.
• Experience in home care as a Speech Language Pathologist is a plus.
• Ability to develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic areas.
• Perform evaluations to assess and diagnose client needs.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Education

Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Vermont
