HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Danbury, CT and surrounding areas. Part Time and PRN opportunities available in a home health setting serving adults.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (licensure eligible acceptable).
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing.
• Provide evidence-based therapies and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
