UPLIFT HOMECARE, LLC in Odessa, FL seeks a part-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join the in-home care team. The role emphasizes high-quality, one-on-one patient care delivered in clients' homes, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, document in EMR/EHR systems, and collaborate with physicians and case managers while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Florida licensure and CPR are required.

Competenze

• Valid RN or LPN license in Florida
• 1 year of OASIS home health experience
• CPR certification required
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care

Mansioni

• Participates in ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient.
• Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs.
• Participates in development and evaluation of the plan of care with patient and caregivers.
• Administers medications, injections and treatments per protocols.
• Monitors vital signs and evaluates patient responses to interventions.
• Documents patient information in EMR/EHR systems.
• Provides health management education to patients and families.
• Collaborates with physicians, therapists, and case managers for coordinated care.
• Adheres to HIPAA regulations and privacy guidelines.
• Assists with IV infusion, suturing, catheterization and sterile processing as needed.
• Engages in QAPI and ongoing training.
