Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Eastham, Massachusetts seeks a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team serving Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. You will assess, plan and deliver skilled nursing care in clients' homes, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to help patients stay at home safely.

The role requires MA licensure, at least one year of relevant adult/geriatric clinical experience, and the ability to make timely clinical decisions in home settings.

Qualifications

Massachusetts nursing license in good standing.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
Provide skilled nursing, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care in home settings.
Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home environment.
Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
