Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
