Job summary

Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Home Health team serving East Tucson and surrounding areas. This part-time, field-based position offers flexible scheduling and one-on-one patient care in home settings.

Applicants should have current Arizona CNA certification and at least one year of CNA experience, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel within East Tucson service area.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona CNA certification.
• Previous home health, home care, hospice, or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have at least one year CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as directed by the plan of care.
• Provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Observe patients and report changes to the clinical team.
