Job summary

Village Caregiving in Dayton, Ohio is seeking Home Health Caregivers to serve Springboro, Ohio and surrounding areas. Part‑time and PRN roles with potential for full‑time, plus bonuses and Daily Pay.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, personal care, therapy exercises, shopping, light housekeeping and safe, compassionate client support. Requires STNA or prior caregiver experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience or an STNA License.
• Current CPR Certification preferred but not required.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene including bathing and toileting.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
