Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking compassionate aides to provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living for our senior residents on a part-time basis. You will help with housekeeping, meals, pet care, and daily routines within our vibrant Pompton Plains community.

Responsibilities include escorting residents to appointments, supporting social activities, and upholding infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified as a Home Health Aide, CNA or GNA as per state and federal law.
• Experience serving seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with routine housekeeping tasks and meal planning.
• Escort residents to appointments and social activities.
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships.
• Follow infection control and prevention practices.
