Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Personal Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities at our Pompton Plains, NJ campus. You will provide personal care, assist with ADLs, and help with housekeeping, meal planning, pet care, closet organization and kitchen chores.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Certified as HHA, CNA or GNA, or as per state and federal law.
Experience serving seniors is preferred.
Ability to provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
Support residents with housekeeping tasks, meal planning and meal prep, and kitchen chores.
Escort residents to appointments and activities; promote psychosocial well-being.
Follow infection control practices and notify nurse of changes in condition.
Maintain competency in required job skills and knowledge.
