Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a Flexible Home Health Aide to provide weekend in-home care and support for clients in their homes. You will perform ADLs and personal care visits, including bathing, while offering companionship and emotional support.

The role offers part-time or per diem shifts with weekend availability, competitive hourly wages, and premium rates for bathing visits. Join a supportive team with ongoing training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience or an active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Excellent time management and clear communication skills.
• Passion for working independently and building trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, meal prep, and ambulation.
• Perform personal care visits (including bathing and hygiene) as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about any changes or concerns.
• Travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius is required.
