Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a Flexible Home Health Aide to provide personalized weekend care in clients' homes across Minnesota. This part-time or per diem role offers competitive hourly pay and extra rates for bathing and shower visits.

You will manage ADLs, provide companionship, and support independence for clients who need care on weekends or flexible hours. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving or an active CNA license, reliable transportation, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience or active CNA license required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Passion for independent work and building trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs like dressing, grooming, meal prep, and ambulation.
• Perform personal care visits (including bathing and hygiene) as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about any changes or concerns.
• Travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius is required.
