Always Best Care is seeking Part-Time Home Health Aides / Caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their homes. No prior caregiving experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed.

You will help with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship, while learning about care plans and client needs in a supportive team environment. This role offers flexible scheduling and a meaningful way to assist seniors and individuals needing help.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a high school graduate.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Trustworthy and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and follow client care instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals.
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
