One You Love Home Care is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers for non-medical, one-on-one care to older adults in their homes, with flexible part-time scheduling.

This role emphasizes building trusted relationships with clients and families while maintaining safety and comfort in the home setting. Training, development, and opportunities for advancement are available as you support independence and quality of life.

Formación

• Must have a valid CNA or Home Health Aide certification.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening/fingerprinting is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Alzheimer’s and dementia training is preferred.
• HIV/AIDS training is preferred.
• OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogens training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance.
• Preparing meals and encouraging hydration.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assisting with errands and transportation.
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Following each client’s individualized care plan.
• Observing and reporting changes or concerns to the office.
• Completing shift documentation accurately.
• Maintaining client confidentiality.
